- Score yourself everyday.
- You should also have an accountability partner to keep you on track.
- It’s important to have a game plan the night before the next day.
- Go to bed with a purpose knowing what you’ll do tomorrow.
- Begin with the end in mind.
- Think of how good you’ll feel and what it’ll be like once you reach your goal.
- Exercise gives you more energy, not less.
- A body in motion stays in motion, and likewise a body at rest stays at rest.
- Get started by focusing on your body and what it needs.
- Make sure you work out every area of your body.
- Focus on all the things you CAN do.
- Be a student of health and nutrition.
